Return & Refund Policy

***RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

Definition:

Return is the process of a customer taking previously purchased merchandise back to the retailer, and in turn receiving a refund in the original form of payment, exchange for another item (identical or different), or a store credit.

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via  support@nacofashions.com for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

All of our products are handmade, so the actual pieces may vary slightly in color and size from the images shown online and may also have slight imperfections. We strive to provide the most accurate information about each product; please make sure that you have carefully read the descriptions and viewed the images of each item before placing an order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will give your a tracking number to be able to see the progress daily. Please check it and let us know once you get it

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within (7) days of receiving the item(s) at  support@nacofashions.com for further assistance. We kindly ask that you send us a photo of any defects/damage to the item and/or packaging.

***REFUND/ RESEND

Definition:

Refund is a process in which a customer returns a product to the original retailer in exchange for money previously paid

We accept refund/ resent in these cases:

- Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type) - Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you purchased)
- Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order

In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

-Any item with obvious signs of use.

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please contact us by email at support@nacofashions.com and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  • Replacement orders will take time like normal orders (7 business days for processing and 2 - 4 weeks for delivery). Customer don't need to pay for any replacement fee/ resend fee in these case.
  • Refund will be process right after we receive your request. Credit will be back to your account in 3 - 10 days regardless of the bank of your account.  

Late Or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  support@nacofashions.com

We do not accept refund/ resent in these cases:

- The item was faulty when the customer was damaged by trying to repair it themselves
- Customer chooses the wrong size
- Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided. 
- Customer do not like the item material 
- Customer change the order/ shipping address after the product has been made and shipped out.
- Customer returns the product without noticing  Naco Fashions.com

***CANCEL/CHANGE ORDERS

If for any reason you need to have an order cancelled/changed immediately after placing the order, please email us at  support@nacofashions.com

- You can only cancel your order within 2 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

- When you have made a mistake in your order and want to change any information, please send us an email at  support@nacofashions.com within:

- 24 hours for orders placed on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

- 72 hours for orders placed on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
